What’s it all about?

I’m Tracy Buchanan, a 30-something magazine and web editor whose five years of toeing the editorial line for various companies leaves a great deal of space in the cheeky leftfield of my brain to clumsily limbo under that editorial line and try to tell it like it is.

I’ll be treating ya’ll to various yarns as I attempt to get that elusive novel published (with the help of my wonderful agent Dorie Simmonds). I’ll talk about some of the books that astound me (usually in the young adult genre ‘cos, seriously, it’s where the best stuff is being produced right now). I’ll tell you about some of the weird and wonderful bunch I have the pleasure to meet in my day job. Oh, and sometimes, I’ll ponder on a gal’s situation in life in the noughties …
